We kindly ask that you refer to the names listed on your invitation, as that is who we have accounted for in our planning! If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out to Grace. Should you need to coordinate babysitting throughout the weekend, the Inn has a wonderful roster of caretakers that can be arranged by calling (941) 964-4580.

The temperature is likely to be in the high 70s/low 80s, with chances of scattered rain as is typical in Florida in May.

Friday evening and Saturday’s cocktail hour will be held outdoors, whereas our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Friday night attire is beach cocktail - we suggest pants and a collared shirt / button down or blazer for the guys (no ties needed), and dresses of any length for the ladies (or skirts, jumpsuits, etc if that’s more your style). Bright colors and festive prints encouraged!

Wedding attire is formal - we suggest suits or coat and tie for men (no tuxes needed), and longer dresses for the ladies (or whatever style you’re comfortable in of similar formality).

Reiterating one important note - while Ubers will be readily available at any of the nearby airports to take you to the Island, Uber pickups on the island are few and far between, so you will want to consider renting a car with friends or family, or coordinating your return ride through the Inn.
